| The Czech String
Trio has achieved distinction among the music ensembles of Prague for its
extensive concert activity. The trio performs not only in Prague and other
Czech cities but in several European nations as well. In addition to a complete
repertoire traditional masterpieces of old Czech composers. The trio has
taken a special interest in contemporary music and has premiered several
compositions, some of which are dedicated specifically to the ensemble.
The Czech String Trio has further diversified its programming by forming
quartets with woodwind and piano soloist. |
