| The root of duo's repertoire consists
of adaptations and variations of/on Celtic tunes, Irish harp themes
(particularly those ascribed to the legendary Turlogh O'Carolan) and
original compositions in which you can find traces of Renaissance
lute music but also hints of folk and jazz. Most of them were recorded
on five M. Hromek's CD albums released by BONTON and HOLBORNE (his
CELTIC GUITAR CD was awarded a gold disc in Canada in 1997).
Some original Renaissance pieces are featured in the repertoire
of both guitarists.
