Janousek, the DUBINA Dulcimer Band ranks among Prague's leading folklore
music ensembles. Its repertoire embraces virtually all of Bohemia and Moravia,
plus several localities of Slovakia. The band is comprised of accomplished
players the ovewhelming majority of whom - including the leader, music director
and moving spirit Jiri Janousek - are simultanously active as professional
musicians in the Czech Song and Dance Ensemble. |
