| The ensemble ARS
INSTRUMENTALIS PRAGENSIS has gained an unrivalled position in the Czech
concert life ever since it came into existence in 1987. The musical instruments
are quite different from those in other traditional chamber ensembles and
trough its musical activities the ensemble is classified among the top woodwind
ensembles of Czech origin. The ensemble has been performing the works by
masters of 17th and 18th centuries.
Soubor ARS INSTRUMENTALIS PRAGENSIS si získal od doby svého vzniku v
roce 1987 nezastupitelné místo v oblasti českého koncertního života. Nástrojovým
obsazením se zcela vymkl tradiční praxi komorních souborů a svou koncertní
činností se zařadil ke špičkovým dechovým ansámblům české provenience.
Kmenovým repertoárem souboru se se od počátku činnosti stal bohatý odkaz
mistrů 17. a 18. století.
